There's a big chunk of office space available in downtown St. Paul.
The 100,000-square-foot space at 375 Jackson St. was once occupied by AgriBank, which moved to Wells Fargo Tower, also in the Capitol City's core. (More on that in a minute.)
CBRE Group Inc. was recently hired to market the previous space in Lowertown, an unusually large chunk for that area, on behalf of the building's owner, Madison Equitites Inc. Madison is one of the largest office owners in Ramsey County.
Meanwhile, AgriBank's remodel of the Wells Fargo building attracted kudos from the Northland chapter of the International Interior Design Association. HGA Architects and Engineers designed the space. The Members Choice award recognizes "fresh, artistic and brilliant" work and is selected by IIDA peers.
The new space encourages cross-functional collaboration among employees through open work stations, teaming stations and multi-purpose break and lounge areas.
