Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will host a rally with former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and supporters Wednesday at Freightmasters Logistics Inc., a trucking company in Eagan.
Romney will be the second Republican presidential candidate to visit Minnesota this week; former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum stopped in tiny Luverne on Monday. The state will conduct its presidential caucuses Feb. 7, a week from today.
After his brief stop in Dakota County, Romney will travel to another rally in Las Vegas ahead of Nevada's caucuses, which happen Saturday.
