When I was growing up... a long time ago... the VCR was not invented yet - let alone available in your car. So my parents had to be creative with five children on long 4 hour trips to the cabin. Notoriously, when our dalmation Major, my brother and I would be shoved in the back of the stationwagon, we knew a game of A-B-C would be played. If you've never heard of the game, it's very simple. Driving along the road,

you spot something that starts with an A and shout it out. Next comes a B object, C and so on. It got very difficult when you got down to the Xs an Ys. That said, let's play the A B C's of Spring! This morning on a walk with my coffee and camera phone I found Asparagus, Bleeding Heart and a Cold frame.. These things say "spring" to me.

Now it's your turn. D is next... have fun!
