For the second time in three days, rain forced the postponement of the end of the high school sports season.
The Class 3A baseball state championship game between Mounds View and Eden Prairie was rescheduled to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Target Field. The postponement was announced Monday afternoon as rain fell after the end of the second of two championship games held at the Twins ballpark.
The boys' lacrosse championship between Rosemount and Eden Prairie on Monday evening also was postponed. It was rescheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rosemount High School.
Both games had initially been scheduled to be played Saturday.
