• 2009: Moved to defensive end by then-Gophers coach Tim Brewster while sitting out season as a redshirt.

• 2010: Midway through season moved to defensive tackle; suspended for three games by interim coach Jeff Horton.

• 2011: Listed as the second-team defensive tackle in new coach Jerry Kill's initial depth chart.
