A new fender bender on eastbound 94 at LaSalle Avenue is compounding traffic problems in downtown Minneapolis.
Two crashes on the westbound side at Park Avenue is snarling traffic, both on 94 and 35W.

From Monday through June 5, more than 300 law enforcement agencies from across the state will be looking for motorists who are not wearing their seat belts as part of Click It or Ticket campaign. The goal of the campaign is to increase seat belt usage and prevent serious injuries and deaths.

Commuters on westbound I-94 have lost a critical entry point into downtown Minneapolis Wednesday when the ramp to 5th Street closed. It will remain closed until June 1, the Minnesota Department of Transportation said.
