ABC says more than 1,500 people have called about Adam Lambert's sexually charged performance at the American Music Awards. The network characterized the response as "moderate."

Deliberations began this afternoon after closing arguments in the trial of the Wayzata businessman. At 2:30 p.m. today, eight women and four men left the courtroom to deliberate in private.
