A semitrailer truck and vehicle are parked on the right shoulder of westbound I-94 at White Bear Avenue. The fire department and the State Patrol along with an ambulance are on the scene. Move over as you pass by.
Ahead, a fender bender has the right shoulder blocked at Hwy. 61. Considering the mishaps, things flow fairly well into downtown St. Paul.
Things are much worse in downtown Minneapolis. An accident that has been blocking the left lane at Portland Avenue has cleared but traffic is rotten on eastbound 394 and 94 from Broadway through the tunnel.
On northbound 35W, look for a crash on the left shoulder at Diamond Lake Road. Ahead things are tight up to Lake Street.
