Today's drive into downtown St. Paul via I-94 has been a nice relief from the clogged conditions that have occurred earlier this week. It's free flowing from Woodbury to Hwy. 61 where there is a stall on the right shoulder. Ahead, things move pretty well over to Marion Street.

Continuing to Minneapolis?  You will find a pocket of congestion around Dale Street to Lexington, but otherwise it's moving well. That will cost you 15 minutes.

The eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to 35W and northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown continue to sputter.  Westbound 694 is clogged from Central Avenue to Hwy. 252.

Eastbound Hwy. 55 is at a crawl at South Shore Drive in Medicine Lake. It's congestion due to traffic lights in the flash mode.
