• No service on Londin Lane or Lower Afton Rd. Board buses on McKnight Rd.
• No eastbound Route 63K and S service on Suburban Ave. east of Burns Ave. Board buses on northbound Ruth St. at Suburban Ave.
In another weather-related change:
> Routes 227, 261, 272: Buses are not pulling into the Grace Church Park & Ride. Please board at Hamline Avenue.
Elsewhere on the system, 40 percent of buses are running late with the average delay is 7 minutes. Blue Line and Northstar trains are running on time.
