The drive into downtown St. Paul from the north is painfully slow. An earlier crash at Wheelock Pkwy. tangled up traffic about an hour ago and things have not loosened up. That is still 15 to 18 minutes.
Look for several spinouts on Hwy. 169 in both directions just north of 494. Coming south, plan on 12 minutes from Hwy. 7 to 494.
The latest mishap has the ramp to westbound 94 near the Minneapolis Farmer's Market jammed.
