H.B. Fuller Co., Vadnais Heights, has completed the sale of its entire stake in its automotive joint venture to the principal partner, EMS Chemie Holding AG of Switzerland.

DEBT AND EQUITIES

Innovex Inc., Plymouth, has been notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market that for 30 days the company's common stock has closed below the minimum $1 bid price required by the Nasdaq. The company has 180 days to return to compliance.

PERSONNEL MOVES

CGS Publishing Technologies International, Minneapolis, said President and CEO Trevor Haworth has been elected to the board and was appointed CEO of CGS Publishing Technologies International GmbH, Hainburg, Germany.

NEW BUSINESS

Alltel Wireless, Little Rock, Ark., has launched broadband wireless Internet service in Mankato and surrounding communities in Minnesota and Iowa.
