Last update: September 19, 2007 - 8:48 PM

Michele Tafoya, the former KFAN host who is now a sideline reporter for ESPN's "Monday Night Football," will be returning to the radio airwaves on a regular basis. ESPN Radio will announce today that the Minneapolis-area resident will become a part of Mike Tirico's new weekday show. "SportsCenter" anchor Scott Van Pelt and Kirk Herbstreit also will contribute to the program, which will debut today. Tafoya will join Tirico and the others on occasion and also serve as the solo host. Locally, it's expected the program will air on a delayed basis from 3-5 p.m. on KFXN (690 AM).
