Traffic levels are just starting to build on the system, so no delays to report at this time.

For those who were able to get their vehicle started, the roads are wide open and in good driving condition.

As we move into the heart of the rush hour, black ice is a possibility. So keep the speeds down, especially on ramps, loops, bridge decks and places that are shaded or near bodies of water. Those are areas where black ice is most likely to form.
