Overnight snowfall has left ramps and bridge decks slippery. A motorist spun out on the ramp from 76th Street to northbound 35W in Richfield. The ramp is now closed until a tow can arrive and pull the car out of the ditch.
On northbound Hwy. 169, look for debris in the left lane on the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Ahead, things are starting to fill in from Old Shakopee Road up to Anderson Lakes Pkwy.
