Another day, another radio gig for Gov. Tim Pawlenty.
Fresh from two days hosting two three-hour radio shows on WCCO Monday and Tuesday, Pawlenty is scheduled to return to the airwaves this afternoon for another three hours.
He and his wife, Mary, are slated to host the KKMS Live! Show with Jeff and Lee from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the Christian talk radio station.
One of the regular hosts is Jeff Shell, an elder at the Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie, an evangelical church that counts Pawlenty as a member.
According to a ratings estimate last fall, the show reaches as many as 50,000 listeners in the Twin Cities.
Pawlenty hosts a weekly one-hour radio show Friday mornings on WCCO, whose managers asked him to fill in on their weekly Midday Live show earlier this week.
DFLers took a shot at him Tuesday for his radio work, saying he "moonlights as a radio host on state time" instead of auditioning to be a " cheesy replacement" for conservative talk radio icon Rush Limbaugh.

Maybe he should go the DFL way
and travel all over the state with a "delegation" and hold "hearings" at the taxpayers expense. The radio is free so the state is paying … read more nothing and he is getting the same effect as what the DFL did last month. But the Strib and R-tard posters on this site would rather rip him. Its is the exact same thing as the DFL just did. Sweet christ the hypocrisy is overwhelming.
