Evergreens are not just for beautifying your yard. They are also a source for medicine and food. A course on foraging evergreens for tea and edibles will share how Nordic cooks have used these plants to brighten flavors and experiment with recipes. Participants will make pine-infused vinegar, juniper salt and hot tea. Get fresh produce, homemade food products and locally made goods at two new indoor Bachman’s farmers markets.
