Two players who were on the field Saturday night for Albert Pujols’ 600th home run were also on the field for Jim Thome’s in August 2011: Joe Mauer started at catcher and Ben Revere at center field for the Twins that day.
The Predators did what they had to in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final, but losing Game 4 to the Penguins (7 p.m., Ch. 11) would put them in an unenviable 3-1 deficit. (Which admittedly isn’t as intimidating as it used to be, it seems.)
