ALBERT LEA, MINN. - The Minnesota State Patrol said Wednesday that a second person has died from a head-on collision on Interstate 35 just north of the Iowa state line.

The patrol said 35-year-old Andy Kubena of Maplewood died at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Kubena was the driver of a pickup truck involved in a crash Friday night. The patrol said he was northbound on I-35 when he crossed the median and collided with another pickup.

Fifty-four-year-old June Modlin, of Iowa Falls, Iowa, who was a passenger in the second pickup, died Saturday.
