Traffic heading into downtown Minneapolis on Interstate Hwy. 394 is a mess right now due to an accident near the Dunwoody Boulevard exit.
Traffic is down to one lane.
The accident has traffic backed up to Theodore Wirth Parkway. Motorists are creeping along at about 5 miles per hour from the parkway to eastbound Interstate Hwy. 94 all the way to Park Avenue, where traffic resumes posted speeds.
Two other crashes have been reported eastbound I-94: One at Hiawatha Avenue is not blocking traffic. The other is at Riverside Avenue, where traffic has been reduced to two lanes.
